Olympic Lifting Technique

  • 12 minute EMOM:
    Minutes 1-4: 3 High Hang Power Cleans, from the hip (60%)
    Minutes 5-8: 2 Hang Power Cleans, below the knee (65-70%)
    Minutes 9-12: 1 Power Clean (75+%)

 

3 rounds for time of:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 15 Overhead Squats (95/65)
  • 15 Burpees

 

Accessory Work

10 Minutes of work on

  • Muscle Ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
