  • 10 Right DB Snatch
  • 10 Right DB Overhead Reverse Lunge
  • 10 Left DB Snatch
  • 10 Left DB OH Lunge
  • 30 Double Unders

 

15 Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

  • Deadlift, 9 Reps (155lbs.)
  • Push-Ups, 12 Reps
  • Box Jumps, 15 Reps
