Versa Climber Workout

10 Minutes of 3-2-1 Training (10 Rounds Total)

  • 30 Seconds Neutral Stride (Medium Speed)
  • 20 Seconds Long Stride (Slower-Medium Speed)
  • 10 Seconds Short Stride (Fast Speed)

3 Rounds of Ladder:

  • 1:00 Max Effort
  • 1:30 Rest
  • :45 Max Effort
  • 1:15 Rest
  • :30 Max Effort
  • 1:00 Rest
  • Repeat for 3 rounds
