  • J-Curl 3×8 (Increase Weight from last week)
  • Goblet Squat with KB 3×8
  • Leg Curl 3×8

Strength

Front Squat 5×5

Strict Press 5×5

 

Conditioning 

8 Min. EMOM

  • Clean and Jerk x3

5 Rounds

  • 10 KBS with 30-60 seconds rest between rounds (70lbs)

Ab Finisher

  • Plank Hold 3×60 seconds
